Kristen Bloschock

Kristen Bloschock is a Senior Program Manager within the Card Partnerships Operations group at Capital One. In this role, she manages programs to onboard new partnership credit cards and represents Operations with the Business Development team for new partner deals. Kristen previously served as a project manager on the Card Data team,
managing collaborative programs around the protection of credit card data.

Prior to joining Capital One, Kristen was a manager in the Digital Transformation Office at Lockheed Martin, where she led a team of experts from across the enterprise to set the strategy for digital materials engineering technologies. She had also served as the Materials Lead for Advanced Manufacturing at Lockheed Martin, where she managed the corporation’s technical relationship with the materials-focused institutes in the National Network for Manufacturing Innovation (NNMI), as well as collaborations across the enterprise to accelerate manufacturing innovation.

Additionally, Kristen is an active member of several nonprofit organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Washington Chapter of the Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on STEM education. Kristen is also a member of the American Geological Union (AGU) Development Board, the Advisory Committee for the Industrial Leadership in Physics Ph.D. Program at Georgetown University, and is active in the American Institute of Physics (AIP). Kristen received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in physics from Georgetown University.
